Ben grows beautiful, vibrant herbs using beyond organic requirements near Tumwater, WA. We source many of our herbs from Ben and have been collaborating on his annual CSA since 2023.

Spring has sprung. Let’s make some delicious concoctions working with what’s blooming and growing now! Join me and fellow herbalist Clare Hatlo at Hildegard for a hands on class. After class you’ll:

  • Know how to make syrups using two different methods.

  • Have learned about several spring season plants to infuse with and why.

  • Basic understanding of herbal energetics.

  • Take home your own syrup.
