Returns, Refunds, and Pick Up Policy
You can pick up your order anytime during open hours. Please note that we are open limited hours—we are a very small operation. Go to the register, give your name and order number, and we will locate your order.
- If you plan to have someone else pick up your order, you must list their name in the notes section of your order. If you do not list the name of the person who will pick up your order, we’ll have to turn them away and that’s no fun.
- You have 2 months from the day you place your order to pick it up. If you are unable to pick your order up within 2 months, please email us before the 2 month cutoff date at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
We do not ship our products.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds of any sale including but not limited to beer, jun, salves, and hydrosols. If you find your product to be defective, we will obviously want to hear about it and make it right. Please contact us with a valid receipt or record of purchase.
