This Elderberry syrup is super yummy, as in, put it on your pancakes, in your yogurt, or diluted in sparkling water. It's also meant to help you navigate cold and flu season with grace. I like to make my Elderberry syrup extra potent by adding Elderberry tincture, Fresh Elderflower tincture, and Reishi into the mix. The alcohol helps to extract slightly different constituents of the berries and flowers, and also prolongs shelf-life.
The amount of alcohol in the syrup is low, but if you like, you can always add boiling water to the syrup which will evaporate most of the alcohol.
Ingredients: Black Elderberries, Fresh Elderflower*, Reishi Mushroom, Ginger, Cloves, Wildflower Honey, Brandy, Grain Alcohol. All organic, except for the alcohol. The syrup comes in a 2 oz bottle with a screw cap. *Ethically gathered
