Fresh Tendrils is our new family of wine grape co-ferments. 2024 Riesling from Sunland Vineyards in Yakima refermented on our barrel aged Wild Ale. A gentle beer with soft floral notes of citrus and stonefruit finishing with a faint waft of barn.
Everything handcrafted, from grape to bottle.
Riesling is an aromatic white grape variety that originated in the Rhine region of Germany. Riesling gives flowery, almost perfumed, aromas as well as high acidity.
