We bring you another refreshing Jun recipe made with Lemongrass and Hops. TheLemongrass was freshly harvested from Root Digger Herb Farm near Olympia. We also used a bit of Sorachi Ace hops to accentuate the lemongrass. Featuring a beautiful Oolong tea as the base and for balance, this Jun batch is complex and presents a little bit like a shrub.
